3Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use services on the baji deb platform:

The minimum age to participate in casino and betting activities is 21 (21+). Providing a false age at registration is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

3.2 Residency Eligibility

3.3 Single Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity is prohibited.

4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on baji deb, users must provide accurate and complete information. It is the user's responsibility to update their account promptly if any provided information changes.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing withdrawals or certain betting activities above a specified limit, baji deb may request documents for identity verification, such as a copy of a national identity card or passport and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held until KYC is completed.

4.3 Account Security

Users are fully responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Any unauthorised use of the account must be reported to our support team immediately. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Account Transfer

A baji deb account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, gifting, or transferring an account to another person in any way is prohibited.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for deposits on baji deb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and this applies equally to all methods.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes, but may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete.

5.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

• Only payment accounts registered in the user's own name may be used.
• Transactions using third-party payment accounts are prohibited.
• Submitting a withdrawal request while an active bonus is in place may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Bonus balance may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• baji deb reserves the right to correct any technical errors in transactions.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

6.2 Other Promotions

baji deb regularly runs various promotional offers, such as a weekly reload bonus (50% bonus, up to ৳10,000, 15x wagering), cricket festival bonus, birthday gift, and friend referral reward. Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirement.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Under a promotion, each account may claim the bonus only once, unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• The minimum deposit amount specified for claiming a bonus must be met.
• baji deb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If promotion terms are breached, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time unless permitted under specific terms.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on baji deb go through technical verification before being confirmed. baji deb reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or system issue, in which case the bet amount will be refunded.

7.2 Game Results and Disputes

In casino games, the result of each round is determined using a random number generator (RNG) on the servers of the relevant game provider. For sports betting, results are settled based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.

7.3 Betting Limits

baji deb may set minimum and maximum betting limits across various games and markets. These limits may be changed as needed for risk management or in special circumstances.

7.4 Live Betting

In live or in-play betting, network delays may cause a difference between the bet accepted and the actual state of the event. In such cases, baji deb reserves the right to void or re-settle the bet.

8Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting bonus offers in violation of bonus terms or by using multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
• Taking advantage of errors or vulnerabilities in the system or software to gain undue benefit.
• Using bots, scripts, or any other automated method to play games or place bets.
• Match fixing or using inside information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to deceive any member or staff of the platform.
• Participating in hacking, phishing, or any other cybercriminal activity.
• Disclosing confidential platform information to third parties without baji deb's permission.

9Privacy and Data Protection

11.2 Closure by the User

Any member may voluntarily close their account. An opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be given before the account is closed; however, any active bonus balance will be cancelled.

12Limitation of Liability

baji deb bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a transaction is not completed due to internet connection issues, power outages, or technical failures.
• Loss resulting from the user's own disclosure of their login credentials to a third party.
• If a game is interrupted due to issues with a third-party game provider's software.
• If the service is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

If an incorrect payout or bet settlement occurs due to a technical error, baji deb reserves the right to correct it. Any amount withdrawn prior to the correction may be reclaimed where applicable.

13Right to Amend Terms

baji deb reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that the member has accepted the updated terms. If a member does not agree to the revised terms, they should close their account.
